No, we only operate as a vape wholesale business.The MOQ for each product is 200 PCS.
2， What are your payment and shipping methods?
By default, we use LBC Logistics. A deposit of 200–500 PHP is required upon order confirmation, with the remaining balance payable via COD (Cash on Delivery). After the products arrive, the buyer can inspect the goods and complete the payment directly to the LBC courier. This policy helps prevent cases where buyers do not collect the package from LBC.
If you prefer a more convenient shipping option, we can also arrange Lalamove delivery upon request. However, for Lalamove shipments, full payment in advance is required.
3，Do your products come with a warranty?
If a product has quality issues, buyers may return it to us once per month. We will replace the faulty product with a new one for the buyer on their next purchase.

After the buyer submits the deposit payment, we will provide the LBC Track Waybill around 5 PM on the same day. The waybill will include the tracking ID and the specific shipping cost.

6，Do you accept pick-up at your warehouse?
No, we do not accept buyers picking up orders at our warehouse. Since we already support COD (Cash on Delivery), buyers can verify our legitimacy by checking the “Buyer Feedback“ section.
